For Your Safety

 

Patient safety is our priority. All patients may request staff and doctors to wear a mask during the extent of your visit. This includes:

  • Surgical mask/KN95 for doctors as requested by patient

  • Surgical mask for staff as requested by patient

  • Topcon Digital Refraction System-

    • provides more social distance during refractions

  • Slit Lamp Microscope Shield (Doctors)

    • Provides a clear safety barrier during your exam

 

Pre-Screening
and
Preventing
Spread

 

If you have recently been exposed to COVID19 or are experience any symptoms, including fever or cough, we ask that you reschedule to help limit spread of the virus.

  • Masks are optional but recommended

  • No more than 2 person per exam will be allowed in the exam room. (Exceptions will be made for patients that are a minor or need a caretaker.)

  • All pre-testing and exam areas will be sanitized thoroughly before and after each patient encounter.

 

online payment

 

In an effort to decrease in-person contact, we are offering online payment for your exam. An invoice will be sent to you before your scheduled exam that can be paid on your phone, computer, or electronic device.

If this is not an option for you, we can accept Apple pay or credit cards in-store

 

tele-health

 

For any current or established patients, we are offering tele-health services for contact lens follow-ups and consultations. If your issue cannot be resolved via tele-health, we can schedule your appointment as needed.
